IPB problem

I have a router/modem with 3 computers connected, and I am on a DHCP external IP address, but stay with me!
I have a no-ip.com address which is updated with a program, so that no-ip.com address always has the correct external IP. Good, alrighty...now the problem.

When I setup Invision Power Board on my server, I have to specify the script URL for IPB. If I had static IP, I would put my IP correct? Well, I use the no-ip.com address, which is basically static because it's always right

Everyone from outside can view the forum, sure...because of the no-ip.com address....but what about me? (connecting with the local LAN address of the server doesn't exactly work...I can connect to the index.php but all buttons and links have the no-ip.com address binded to them)

Since I can't connect to my own external IP, I can't view the forum!

Does anyone have a way around this problem???
