MS Access Security Issue

Hi. I have created a database that I fully secured and encrypted. I had my password for this database as well as other program passwords stored on my computer.

My computer's hard drive crashed and all I have is the secured database stored on CD. I am not able to change any files. Is there a back door to this? Can I somehow break into my database to change one of my modules?

Any help is so greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Not really sure about this. If there were a backdoor, I don't believe Microsoft would ever release it, as this would severely compromise the security of their application.

If you do find a way, however, please post it.
Good luck.

Unfortunately, we can't help you with breaking encryption on these forums. Although there is no reason to doubt your story, there may be other people who are trying to get unauthorized access to files in other situations by saying "This is my file but I lost the password."

Good luck finding a solution.
