How to create a simple Forum?

Hi, I was interested to know whether it were possible to create a very simple forum for myself and my reading group to use?

I have Macromedia Studio MX2004 and I wondered if there were any exchange program I might be able to download and use or something like that?

Does anyone have any ideas or experience of such a thing?

We currently just exchange emails, but everyone has to cc every email to the whole group and sometimes that just doesn't work and it is also far less effective and we thought it would be much better to have a site to go to where we can post messages instead. so it only needs to be simple and I have no preference as to how it works, or what it is made in, so long as it just does the job.

I would be glad of any advice or ideas or links or etc.

A simple way would be to create a group on Yahoo. Good for tracking conversations and sounds like it could accomodate your situation easily.
