Fieldset Border Radius in I.E.

Hi all,
I've been playing with Fieldsets to see if I like the look or not. My problem is, as soon as I change the border color the radius goes away in I.E. I have it working perfectly in Firefox and Netscape with the "-moz-border-radious" style which is cool.

Does anyone know a CSS line that will allow me to modify the radius in I.E. as well? I will attach pictures to take a look at what's there so far...

All ideas are appreciated!
Thanks,
Stryker

Check to see if your code is W3C compliant. That could be the problem.
