Post Rollover error

Greetings,
First time here.
Don'tknow if URLs are permitted.
My apoligies if not!
At:http://www.equipmentpolice.com/index_scroll.htm
Can someone tell me why the rollovers are not working.
Also why there is an error sign on the bottom status bar where the scrolling message is?

Thanks,
JK

PS: Yeah I know. . . My coding is terrible, Scrolling is annoying, site looks amatuerish.
I'm a salesman not a mechanic!

You have a bracket problem in there - look at the scripting in between the head tags. You have endbrackets randomly where you defined the source or each rollover as a new image.
