Know of any sites where software developers hang out?
I want to look into having an application built and need to look into finding a good coder for a non web based program.
All though my idea is completely different from these 2 examples, I'm looking for something that is written in the same coding language as a program like adaware http://www.lavasoft.de/support/download/ or InterVideo DVR http://www.intervideo.com/jsp/WinDVR_Download.jsp |

There is a website called http://www.experts-exchange.com/ that might have people you want. Use their forums to find good people.
