How to output sound in VB? REAL sound?
I'm not talking about playing a sound file .
I need to know how to output a note, chord, sound frequency.. whatever you call it. I am making a program for keyboard synthesizing and am currently using a recording of each note, and it does not sound too authentic. I need to give each key a sound frequency to output instead of my half-arsed method.
Note, I am using 6.0 enterprise, not VB.NET.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks a lot,
Dave
