Need some help with Ezboxx portal/MegaBBS

Hi guys,

I've just changed from MX-Portal and Phpbb 2.0.10 as this happened:

As you can imagine I was pretty gutted as I was part way through sorting loads of stuff and hadnt made a backup for quite a while, so now i'm starting over with MegaBBS and Ezboxx portal 0.7.1

If anyone is familiar with it can you help me out a little as i'm pretty clueless as to how to work the knowledge base part of things and could do with a little guidance on how to add categories and edit the menus to change the wording to what i want, i've already had a friend do a skin and help out setting it up but now i'm stuck
