Text Editors
The question of good text editors comes up every now and then here, and I just found one I really like so I though I'd post it.
Notepad2 has syntax highlighting for HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, VBScript, ASP, PHP, CSS, Perl/CGI , C/C++, C#, Java, VB, Pascal, Assembler, SQL, Python, NSIS, INI, REG, INF, BAT, and DIFF, is fast, has a good interface, has customizable encodings and line endings, and is open source. I've been using it for just a few days but it's definitely a keeper. Post your favorite text editor here so we can compare. |

I've always used Textpad - nice neat little program which I've liked a lot. Give the eval a try.
