Make your own Login

A couple days ago HiHo gave me a link to Wincustomize.com and I have a new logon screen now. However a thought occured to me, can I make my own logon screen? I have screenshots and pictures I'd like to turn into a logon screen. Is their a program to do this?
Thanx

WhatsThisBoxFor? I had that as well.

Both of these only allow you to use pre made logon screens. Any other ideas.

I took a look at the one I linked to, if you select New it allows you to create you own. I didn't go into great detail, but, it allowed me to change some stuff so I assume it is how you make one.
