Changeing the background color
I have an HTML page that I recieved in an e-mail, apparently this code works for everyone else who accesses it, except me! I looked at the code, and didn't see anything which would change the background color, but this code has also possibly been filtered(?) by Hotmail.
![]() Any suggestions as to why the code (which I have attached as text file) might work only with older versions of Netscape but not IE 6 or Firefox 1.0? TIA, L J

Seems to work in IE6 and opera 7.54.

If you are trying to view the page in hotmail, yes, it will filter the HTML if it was not embedded properly. I've had similar problems - also, make sure you have HTML enabled in your preferences. If nothing else, save it as a html file and open in locally and it should work fine.
