Reading TCP/IP packets?
I have built a poker odds calculator ( http://www.oddscalc.com) and when I showed the owners of a poker site they asked about attaching it to their games. The one I built requires the user to click the cards that come out and the one they want already knows what cards came out and displays their odds based on that.
There is already a system like this at http://www.pokerindicator.com/. I assume they are sniffing the TCP/IP packets and finding the cards that way. I have downloaded a sniffer and have a good guess of where the cards are, but I don't know how to decode the packet so it's just a guess.
Where can I find more information about decoding these packets? Is this something anyone here has experience with?
Thanks for your help.
