Im looking for three different programming languages, it doesn't matter what they are, but it'd be nice if they were good
, I just need some websites of the programming languages to get information on them, so if anyone could point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.

I'd recommend three, but I have no clue what the purpose is for. What will you be using the languages for? I can name a whole bunch off hand, but they are all for different uses, to an extent:
PHP ASP(.net) C C++ Visual Basic VBscript Java C# Basic COBAL Python Ada And the list goes alot longer than that. If you can tell me your purpose, I'll tell you which three would work best. HTH

It doesnt matter what they do, I just want the best for 3 different categories, again it doesn't matter what they do. so like if c++ was the best for something, or if java is best for net, put that.

Try Visual Basic .NET for simple/concrete/complex windows applications. Try Java/VBScript/ASP/PHP for web scripting. MySQL/MSSQL for databases not really a Prog. Lang. though. Turbo C++/C/Pascal for MS-Dos Based applications. ASP.NET for online applications.
Just put your heart and desire into it(any Programming Language) and you will learn it with ease. Believe me. That's what I do. Learn first the basics before the complex ones and it will be easier. A reference will help you on the way. |

I'm personnaly very keen on Delphi. Its a visual version of Pascal, so I suggest starting with that if you have not programming experience.
Regarding version, I prefer Delphi 7, as all later version are based on the .Net framework and the components are not as good, in my opinion. Speaking of .Net, as long as the IDE you use is built on .Net, then you can use any language you want. They all work together. |
