Netscape/IE web pages

Ok I made my first website . I used netscape composer with a "free" template, just for the basic design which I changed around to what I wanted. I read about 4 diff. books about html etc. But I'm just getting too old to learn new things .
Now heres the problem, the site looks great when viewing it useing netscape browser, but when I use IE none of my images show up just the boxs with the red "x". even my alt text doesn't show up. Is there a tag I need to change inorder for it to work in both browsers?

I'm not sure how Netscape composer works, so i'd need to see code you used or an address to the page.
