friends,
I am working on a computer at work, running Win 2000 pro with MS Access 2000, and I need to come up with a program. The program must work as a card catalog, because the database is a collection of childrens books in the school library. I had a friend suggest using Perl, but I have no idea where to go from there. He said I could download activestate Perl, but once I do that I am at a loss. I have never programmed or written anything before, I consider myself pretty good at hardware, so I'm not illiterate, just ignorant about programming. Also, and this may be bad, I suck at math, especially algebra. Soooo... any help? Thanks, gerberdude |

The easiest way to get something like that is probably a little VB program. Both VB and Access are Microsoft products and will be easy intereact between the two. I will see if I can find a good link, or maybe find a sample program if you are interested.
