IE and Firefox not playing nice

Dear Forum-

I've been using Firefox for nearly a year and unfortunately I don't also check my website with IE like I should when I'm making changes.

I just noticed today that my site has some funky display problems with IE. A blue line shows up at the top as well as the button graphics not lining up properly. I can't figure out what is going on...

The site looks perfect (well as intended anyway) with Mozilla's Firefox. What gives?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated and feel free to criticize the site all you like!

I have fixed the code (well, I think I have at least) and will send you a PM or email detailing the changes I've made.

Thanks Stuey-

I guess I feel stupid for not knowing why the tables are getting all disjointed; however, I appreciate your help!

Maybe I'll "learn me something" now.

Have a good one and thanks again.

Stuart...you are going to kill me (then take yourself out, haha)

I'm not the best at HTML, obviously, so I can't give any insight as to WHY this is true:

This is how I had each button code, when it wasn't working:

Now this code works perfectly...must have been something with the spacing?

Sorry I couldn't fit it all on the capture...but basically I had to remove all the spaces and format the actual tags as shown..???

Regardless, THANK YOU STUART!

I'm sorry you had to fool with all this "shtuff..."

Have a great weekend and if anyone has any ideas as to why this is, uh, the way it is...let me know.

Oh and Stuart, this trick also worked with removing the blue line at the top...I know...and I'm so sorry, haha.

I think I know why. When openned in dreamweaver, the buttons' lines are larger. They're the size of text boxes. So... after the button top image and buttom bottom image code, since there is a space before the td tag closes that line, it allows for text. Since there is no text, Firefox closes the box, but IE leaves a text box of small but noticeable width. I am not sure if or why this fixes the uppermost line as well, but it fixes all the weird behavior in the buttons.

LoL, it looks like we broke the code on this page.

[Moderator Edit]: Including HTML tags in your post messes up the page. Put all code in "code" tags, please
