Playing Mp3 Files with VB 6

Alright, well for my project in my VB class i've taken up the task of creating a basic mp3 player and ID3 tag viewer.

I think i've taken off a bit more than i can chew...

I can't even figure out how to play an mp3 file. I have a very basic knowledge with visual basic. We just finished working with databases and we moved on to user defined types, which i already had a pretty firm grasp on. Now we are learning about Direct Access Files. So i pretty much just have a very basic knowledge when it comes to vb. I looked around the net for articles on creating a basic mp3 player but everything i found was over my head. So what i'm asking here is just this, does ne one know how to play an mp3 file from vb? If so could you provide me with the knowledge to do so? Just like explain to me how to do it because i really don't know how. Or if you could provide some links for me to read that would be great to. I want to know how to do it but i want to understand whats going on too. The resources i've found so far i didn't really understand what was going on. Any help would be appreciated at all, and if i'm not being clear enough just ask the questions you have and i'll do my best to answer them.

Ironically, I just found one today while I was in my VB class. Let me guess, you go to ITT Tech?

I found one that does play mp3's here.
