Search Engine Optimization help
My website has had a zero PR for months now. I have been trying everything to get out of the basement and so far nothing's working.

Here's what I tried:
1. Bought ads on Yahoo and Google. The ads work, but no PR increase.

2. Included my website in my signature in forum postings. I know some sites block the effect of user submitted urls but I checked the forums tags and they don't do it.

3. Got listed in website directories.

4. Did a couple of link exchanges, still nothing.

5. Tried submitting some articles, but had no takers.

If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
