webmail url.
My webhost provides a generic interface for accessing their webmail. This isn't a problem for me, as I use an email client. I am, however, considering using them for a work website also. I have no complaints with the hosting company, but I do not like their webmail interface. The address is nothing related to my domain, and if I use the site for work the other, umm, morons, might not be able to figure out how to get to their mail if they're out of the office, etc. I know I could setup a link to the webmail sign-in from the homepage, but I'd really like to do it another way. I personally don't like the webpages that are designed for potential customers but have the "member login" or "employee login" plastered right there on the page. I've seen other hosting companies where you are given or can set up a subdomain, say email.yourdomain.com which takes you to the webmail login. I am wondering if there's anyway to setup a subdomain (I would have to pay with my current host, but that's not a problem) then have a redirect to the webmail login page. Ideally, a "custom" login page for just my site would be nice, but you must input the domain name as part of the login. I am no where near qualified to setup something like that. Any help anyone can provide would be appreciated.

If your company owns a domain, why not set up email.yourcompany.com and have it autoforward to the email login?
