I am missing something. I don't understand in short how SQL could possibly be used to test and debugg programs written in any language. Perhaps I am just not thinking straight. But if as it is a language to query databases does any one know how a test enginneer might use it?
ERm this is kinda urgent. Seeing as I have an interview tomorrow and it's a likely question I need to answer. |

SQL is a query language for databases. Unless you are programming a database app, there is no need for SQL. Perhaps you are misunderstanding the question you are being asked, or confusing SQL with something else.

Actually I think the progs being written take realtime information in and store it in a database and that this may be the role of the sql. If that makes sense to you good but I guess that's what it is.
