My (Very)Basic Mp3 Player

Hey everyone! I'm posting my Visual Basic 6.0 Mp3 player here to see what u programmers out there have to say about it. If ne of you have the time, maybe you could take a look at my code and maybe critique it. It's a very very very basic mp3 player and it's not yet complete. The save playlist feature isn't working yet and there aren't any help forms yet either. Also there's no next or previous song buttons. I created this with the knowledge i gained in my second vb class in college. I go to ITT Tech in Mechanicsburg, PA. I feel that i did an alright job, nothing special tho. It serves it's purpose, i use it when i'm gaming and dont' have much memory to spare to use iTunes or something like that.

I'm starting to really like visual basic and i plan on continuing my education with it even tho my class for it is over. I'm looking into learning the windows API next. Eventually i'll move on to VB.net although i'm not really sure at the moment what the difference is.

Also, i have a question. I'm going to use a sequential access file to save the playlists. In the one book i have it says u have to include the component "Microsoft Scripting Runtime". It wasn't in the list when i went to Project--> Add Component tho. So i found the .dll that was to be included but i get an error after trying to apply the changes. It says "C:\Windows\System32\scrrun.dll" could not be loaded. I'm not sure what to do now. Should i use another sort of file? I figured that a sequential access file would be best because i want to save the playlist in the order that it was in. Any help and/or comments are appreciated! Thanks in advance!
