Visual Studio Express editions
The problem with Visual Studio is the $$$. It's expensive. I'd like to be able to program in C#, but I can't afford a full version. So I was happy to discover today the free beta versions of Video Studio Express. You can download these IDEs and use them for free. I downloaded Visual C# Express today, and so far it looks to be pretty full-featured. If you are interested in .NET programming, check it out.
