Webpage sizing help

Hi,

I have a webpage that i have made up, but i am not sure how to set the size of the actual page.
Because if i move the banner to the right, it just continues and i do not know where to stop for the size.
I am using Frontpage 2002 for the design.
Also i do not know if the graphics and text are the right size or not.
Is there a setting or command i can use to set each page to a set size?
As i have looked at the Help, but i cannot find anything.

http://www.johkaz.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/

And can i ask for opinions on the pages as well?
As a lot of this is self-taught, and i do not know if i am doing it right.

Many thanks.

Yes.

Can you be a bit more specific about "size"? If it's just the entire content's right hand side border that you're worried about, go to MS Frontpage, select all, cut, and place it all in a single cell table - that way, you can manipulate the borders. To my knowledge, that is the easiest way to do it on MS Frontpage.

MS Frontpage should give you an interface where you can adjust size. If not, the HTML command is < font face="thefontfacethatyouwant" size="3" > so Tahoma and 3 would look like this. Be sure to end the tag with < /font > (no spaces on any tags).

As for general design opinions, I think it is a good start - I suggest getting rid of the marquee or expanding it 100%. On the lefthand side navigation, make it so all the links are "in line" - you're having indentation problems. As well, eventually, you probably could use a little more fancier title banner. But outside of that, looks like a good start.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply, and yes it is the right hand side that is bothering me.
As when i load the page in my browser, i get the gap showing and i was wondering how i can stop that from happenning.
Can i set it to a screen size? Such as 1024x768, or do i just have to drag the right hand side over to close the gap.
As I do not understand about the single cell table you mention.

Also if i move the navigation on the left to 100%, to get all the text in line.
How will that affect the right hand side.
As i do not want to have to use the bottom slide bar too much, to get the right hand side to be seen.

Thanks.
