excel pivot tabe question

I have a pivot table that lists customer accounts for the rows and salesmans names for the column headers.
the data consists of the percentage of invoices that each salesman bills for each account. i can use the
max function to find the highest percentage for a given account, but i need to also refference the salesman that this
percentage applies to. so if say the highest percentage for account 102 is in cell d10 and the salesmans names are in row 7 , the salesman's name i would need would be in d7. how can i get this value?

account jim john george bill
----------------------------------------
101 10% 5% 60% 20%
102 5% 25% 30% 10%
103 20& 40% 10% 5%
104 30% 40% 15% 10%

any help would be appreciated.
