Permission Settings With GoDaddy
Has anyone ever used GoDaddy's hosting services? I can't figure out how to set folder permission in my directory. I tried FTP, FrontPage, and their online setting menu.
Nope, none of them work. Please help me out. |

I don't think that GoDaddy allows you to set permissions on their servers. Pretty stupid but that is what I have seen in several places. I think that the only way to make something executable is to put it in the cgi-bin.
