asp head scratcher

I'm having a problem with an asp page that I'm making. I have several include files and for the most part they all show up. There's just one that doesn't, but here's the weird part. It was working but it just didn't show up the next minute. The links to that include file still work but you can't see anything. I've tested this on I.E. Modillza and Safart. In I.E. nothing shows, Modillza doesn't show (but links work) at first but after one refresh it shows. In Safari it shows everytime.

I've also attached a txt file of the code. It is the newfooter.inc that isn't showing up.

Stupid question, but I would assume that the newfooter.inc is in the same dir as the other included files?

Maybe try creating a dir for include files and use virtual include:

[racerxfactor]

newfooter is in the same dir. i've also tried making another directory for the footer and still the same problem
