Excel -- Making buttons tab stops?
OK, I have a workbook which is used to do database-like applications, as well as computations.
Now, one sheet is used to enter data. Certain cells get various values, and then the user presses a button (which calls a macro) to add the data record. My problem is this: It is very easy to make only the "usable" cells tab stops, by protecting all other cells, but I can't get the button to be a tab stop. As anyone who has done lots of data entry knows, quick keyboard shortcuts are a must for large batches of data, and tabbing through forms is pretty vital. So, I want to make this button (which I added using the "Forms" toolbar, if it matters) a tab stop, and I want it to be the last tab stop of the entry form.

I figured a workaround -- I made the cell underneath the button just a little bigger (so that when it has the focus, there is a border around the button), and I used macros to make hitting enter while on that cell have the same function as the button. And it's easy to make a cell a tab stop.

Good workaround, Excel is indeed very crappy regarding tab stops because the button is kinda floating over the worksheet, and is not a part of it.
