Need a simple counter

Ok, normally I would not be asking for help in there area, but I am in a bind.

I need a web counter for a free website I am running.

Ok, sounds simple, just go get one, sign up free and all.

Well the Catch I am running into is this is a Yahoo group and I am limited in the amount of characters I can use. I am done to 240 right now. I am still streamlining the page, but when I signed up for a free counter, it alone was over 1500 characters.

So I need someone to help me find a free counter, small coding, very little advertising on it or none at all.

Thanks, I will check it out. I had found another with very nice features with about 544 characters. I was testing it, but it does not appear to work well inside a yahoo group.

It appears I have to have very very simple code to work inside yahoo. HTML only. no scripts.

I got one working from statcounter.com. but Only their most basic.

On thing I like with this one, I could exclude my own IP address from the count which is nice.
