You need to get the macromedia flash software:

http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash/flashpro/

though it will cost you a bundle. Look around, they might have a free demo version, one that lasts 30 days or so.

You can also use Swish to create Flash movies. It's cheaper and does a real nice job. They have a trial program (15 days).

It does a lot - consequently, it costs a lot. Much the same story with other softwares from Adobe now - Photoshop, Primier, etc.

i mean i dont see a reason for a price tag like that cus it costs the same to make as a 50 dollar program and if it was maybe like $200 or less they wud prolly sell a ton more. also is it worth the price tag if u want to do those kinds of things?
