Compiling in LB.

Does anyone know if there is a way you can compile a program in Liberty Basic (unregistered version, trial) so that it can be run on a pc w/o liberty basic?

I was wondering b/c I got really bored and wiped up a period table kinda game thing and wouldn't mind showing it to my chemistry teacher w/o her having to install Liberty Basic.

Depending on how standardized Liberty Basic syntax is, you could try to compile it using something like FreeBASIC.

But I would still have to have that downloaded on the other computer right?
Thats what im trying to avoid..I am surprised Liberty doesnt have it built in to do what I want b/c whats the point in making a program if you can only use it with the software it was made with and by pressing run.

No, you wouldn't. Compiling means creating native executable code. The FreeBASIC compiler would produce and EXE. Most BASIC programs, like Liberty Basic, are interpreters, which don't produce executable files but instead run each line of BASIC code in the interpreter.
