Hmm, I seem to have forgotten the code for html frames. Could someone please enlighten me?

you could also use an IFrame, I personally like them better and think they are much easier to use.

I agree with Stryker (and many others), frames are outdated and have too many problems to be worth your while. CSS positioning is probably the way to go.
