No errors

Whenever there's a problem in my PHP or MySQL code, rather than getting the error, I get a blank page. PHP's error reporting is set to E_ALL.

Might do a View/Source of the page. Sometimes the error doesn't display because the HTML is messed up.

I've tried that. Either there is no source, or there's a utf8/charset designation, html, head and body tags but nothing else.
