Create "Save" button on the form

I have a question about HTML forms.
I want to create the form that will save user input into the form.
Thanks
Daniela

Just on the form. Something like ‘value’ to be changed from”” to 'users input', so next time when I open the page with the form to have that input/value there.

You'll need to use server side coding for that. Do you just want to be able to see who signed up? Without any server side programming experience the easiest way is to just have it email the form contents to you.
