Slow Loading Time and Mysterious JS

I had a great little family site, http://www.thedisarnos.com, going until we switched servers, in which I lost all my data (well not really its just not been replaced yet, but its been 3 weeks!) In the process of uploading everything, I realized that it takes an excrusiatingly long time to load, feels like 5 minutes. Please try it yourself at www.thedisarnos.com/index.php. Why does it take so long? I then took out the php and got this www.thedisarnos.com/index2.html.

Also, on both of the pages listed above, there is this mysterious Javascript thing, that 1) I didn't put in there, 2) don't want there and 3) can't get rid of it. There is not one bit of JS in entire root folder. Where did/does it come from?

Any ideas appreciated.
