joomla-smf
i am trying to install smf on my joomla site, but i am having a hard time understanding the prerequisites listed below:
http://www.joomlahacks.com/component...leinfo/id,306/ i understand everything after that, but since i can't make it through the first part (re: dbase prefixes and installing smf to the same dbase as joomla) i can't get too far. i thought uploading the component inside joomla took care of it, as thats how most of teh components i have dealt with previously have worked. if anyone can offer me any help here, i would appreciate it craig

It should be the same. I can test it on a database sometime later today or tonight.
