Controlling parallel port lcd with VB6

Hey guys,

I've got a parallel port LCD here (4x 20char) and was wondering if anyone knew where i could find some info on controlling it from a visual basic program? i've googled this for hours with no real luck. I know that it would be easier using Delphi/C as they have low level access to the parallel port but the software im going to use it with is already written in VB6.

Thanks

Have you checked this site?

http://www.lvr.com/parport.htm

Lots of info on programming with the paralell port.

I remember doing a section in Grade 11 CS, involving programming the paralell port in VB6, but that was awhile a go. I think theres a section based on that.
