Connection Timed Out
I'm using apache and the connection always times out on other computers but mine. What do I do to fix this? All my ports are open.

Hard to tell with the information provided.
What OS is this installed on? How are you accessing it locally? ie http://localhost or http://IPAddress What is the ServerName set to?

Win XP and idk my server name. I want to access it world wide.
 I can access my site on my home pc at http://207.6.175.2/ http://127.0.0.1/ http://192.168.1.104/ http://localhost/ localhost does not work on my network only the other three.
