Question How do I get around having to activate flash with SP2 when using Dreamweaver

Hi, I am looking for some help please. I have only built a few websites, with Dreamweaver, all are pretty decent and contain some small flash files usually the buttons. As you all know Service Pack 2 from Microsoft isnt too keen on flash elements, consequently as everyone will also know each flash button needs pressing once to activate it then again to use it as a navigation. I have read there is a small piece of code that can be wrapped around flash elements to make them work in IE without needing to be activated everytime.....................could anyone please tell me what it is, or possibly what you all do to get around this very annoying problem? Thanks if you can help.

That behavior is a security feature.
I doubt if anyone here will advise you about circumventing it.

I don't think it's a security feature as much as it was Microsoft's patent dispute with Eolas. MSIE6 users using WinXP SP2 are now required to click on the flash button to "activate" it before actually using it. Microsoft has released a Temporary Compatibility Patch which reverts the control back to how it was in April before the problem. Obviously, that would require the user themselves to fix the problem - it isn't very effective, but it is a legitemate method. This is a fairly widespread issue (flash, WMP, practically any plugin), so you are not alone.

Thank you, I have been trying to find out what was behind it, but some web developers must have overcome the problem, because it doesnt happen on all sites containing flash, granted it happens on the majority, but not all.......so there must be a remedy out there somewhere.
