Received php files. What to do?

I thought I was downloading a video file and received 4 php files: 1.php, 2.php, 3.php and 4.php.

Can these files be joined and converted to some video format? If so, how?

Thanks.

PHP files cannot be converted to video. They are simply server-side script files.

In the web world that would be true, however Microsoft's Picture It and their older Greetings program save files in a .php format. I suppose that these could potentially have video embedded in those files. The key would be looking at how large the files are. If they are small, then it is probably just a regular php file. If they are large, then they could be a Picture It file.

Post one here and we can tell for sure.

40 megs each would definitely indicate that there is something there besides text. What kind of video is it? Do you have another source to download it from?

Don't remember what it was supposed to be. I'll check tonight. Would it make any difference if it was supposed to be an avi, wmv or other video file etc?

Maybe the author was trying to have some fun with us and make us scratch our heads. I'm scratchin'.

Thanks for the help.
