Displaying Email Addy while keeping spambots away

My work website has a rule that the entire site must be readable for blind people who use those talker machines that read off everything it sees. Well they want to display a bunch of email links on the website in a way that spambots will not pick up on the links, but they will still be readable and understandable for talkers.

Any ideas?

Here are a couple of ways to do it. The Javascript method is preferred as some spambot are now picking up on the other method.
