CSS Web Site
I have created a CSS web layout, instead of using tables. I have uploaded it to my web space and am testing. When I view it on a computer with a smaller resolution, or when you have your browser window "restored down" the bottom of the web site is cut off, and you can't scroll down to see it. I was wondering how to fix this. The CSS site is uploaded to HERE. The table based site is at http://www.mountainfogstudio.net.

My CSS skills are rusty, but see if taking away the "fixed" attribute makes any difference - never once do I recall using that in any of my webpage coding.
