positioning

i am building this small website and i want this javascript menu to be called for every page but when insert the menu it moves to the top left corner of my page. so how do i position it.

just so you know i put it in a div.

percents?

i found out how to position it using pixels but how can i do it by using percents??

Usually percentages are used to determine width, not position, from my experience.

i was wondering if i could use percents because i want the whole page to resize and the position of the javascript menu when i change the size of the window but if i cant, oh well.
