Fantastico is most likely already installed. To move your domain, copy all of your files over to your new site, add email accounts if needed, export and import your database. Once everything is copied over and setup, then go to your domain registar and change the nameservers to those of the new host. That will take between 24-72 hours to fully propragate. Once the transfer is complete close your account at your old host. Some hosts require you to notifiy them before they will release your domain.
