cPanel Issues
Hello All!
Does anyone host with a company that uses cPanel? I have a couple of customers that are being hosted by someone that uses cpanel and we have set up outlook to remove the messages from the server when the trash is emptied but this feature does not work. We've tried everything in outlook and finally submitted a ticket to the hosting company and they say that it is an error with cPanel. I'm just wondering if anyone else is having this same problem or is the hosting company is just making excuses. Thanks! |
