Education Software and Web Design Help!
Ok, I am looking to see what the best kind of forum is out there. I am willing to pay a lot for a good Secure forum. Also, is there any Educational software that holds grades and courses online, where certain people can login and check stuff with the right code or serial key, and where a tutor or teacher can grade/post grades online for the students to read.

For the educational software, my dad has been working with his school (he's a high school teacher) to set up LON-CAPA, which does an assortment of things, like online homework and grades, etc. I bring it up because I believe it is free(Open Source). It has given him a little trouble though, in the setup, so I guess with the price tag of $0 comes a little bit of a penalty in a more complex setup.
The PCMech forum is built off of vBulletin, which is widely used and seems to work pretty darn well for PCMech. I've also seen some moderately sized forums built off of phpBB, which is free. I would think both would be reasonably "secure" assuming that whoever maintains the forum keeps up with any software holes or security flaws and is quick to patch them.
