C# question
Is it possible to make tab containers and buttons dynamically based on dynamic data, like an XML feed or database?
Sort of like how IE stores bookmarks. I believe they load it from the registry, and then build the individual items in the favorite menu based on that data. I was thinking about doing it with toolbar buttons, as well as tabs and buttons on the form. |

Try here:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&c...et&btnG=Search IE6 bookmarks aren't stored in the registry...they're simply shortcut files in the "Favorites" folder: C:\documents and settings\yourusername\favorites\ [edit]: are you using ASP.NET or are you working with Windows Application Forms? The link above is for Windows Apps.

Thank you. What I am trying to do is make a C# application that changes based on a LAMP web service. It is going to be pretty cool when finished, and I am going to open source it all the way. Once I have it done I will post back here.
Once again, I would like to thank whoever made this site, because if it wasn't for you guys I would either be the guy greeting people at Walmart, or flipping burgers at McDonalds. You guys rock! |
