Mailing List Problem!!!!

Just trying to make a mailing list for my website. Having some trouble with the code. The code is in a .txt file below. Thanks. |

I wouldn't advise using a mailto form. They are rife with problems.
Are you trying to send out an email to a group or use this as a contact form?
