Reccomendations for FTP hosting / online space?

Hi,

I need an FTP server that is NEVER down!.....for collecting files from and transfer to clients.

I could go with something in-house, but that'll be expensive me-thinks (i'll need a dedicated, always on computer and some kind of fancy business cable connection)!

Could anyone suggest an extremely reliable online FTP server solution?

I was thinking about getting a yousendit business account.

What i would also like would be a solution that lets me email a link to my clients so they can download a zip file without having to mess around with FTP (a lot of people don't know how that works)

What i do now is put the zips on a HTML page and email that link to my client - one click solution.....but my web hoster is too unreliable (ipowerweb - constantly going offline)

Sorry, thinking aloud, any ideas?
