CSS Form and MS Access or Excel

Hello all. I work in the engineering shop on my base. I am making a several web based work request forms so stream line map and survey requests. I was wondering if there was somewhere I could be directed to find the code needed to have the form data sent to either an excel spread sheet or access data base. Thanks.

Using Notepad ++ and writting the page in CSS.

The most common approach would be to use PHP and MySQL.

From there, you *might* be able to generate an excel spreadsheet, but I'd have no idea how to go about doing that. You could probably export a CSV file, if it's just field data.
