I see a lot websites has product comment box or customer feedback content, like New3gg, Amanz0n. What type of engine to store these info? Is it ASP, Php or else?

ASP, PHP are programming (scripting) languages. A comment box is just a HTML TextArea hooked up to a database. You can make it look prettier using CSS.
